At Her Church

Brenda is pastor of Larger Story Church. Brenda is trying to lead a different church that will attract those with questions. This intentionally includes teens and 20somethings because Brenda is really a 40-year veteran youth pastor now leading a church.

Part of the trying is conversations happen during church. Tough questions are asked and the mix of intergenerational wisdom helps answer the questions.

We meet on Friday nights. Because for some Sunday mornings carry too much baggage and for some Sunday mornings are not possible. We are hybrid which means we meet through Zoom–because we have conversations. We technologically do a lot of tweaking to Zoom to make it a connecting experience. People join in from 10 different states. You can join us wherever you are.

The teachings can be found on our YouTube channel. They are designed for you to use in your small group or family setting. The conversation questions and additional resources are included. Just push play, the conversation questions will be given. Have these conversations with your small group!

New Bible Study:  Trust Issues with God With Video

Life is unfair. When the unfair thing happens, we look for a reason, a solution, a purpose, justice. These are all things we expect from God. When God doesn’t deliver when we expect or need him to, there is a gap in our understanding of who God is.
